What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact and quote forms:
- your name, work email address and, optionally, your company name;
- your message, and on the quote builder the options you selected and the estimate shown;
- the page the form was sent from and the time it was received.
When a form is delivered directly to us, our server also records the IP address it came from. We use it only to limit abuse such as automated spam.
What we do not collect
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, which never leaves your device.
How we use it
We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare any proposal you ask for. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and are automatically deleted after 90 days. If a form instead opens your email app, the message is sent from your own mailbox and is kept in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@farovtech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
